Site acquisition is where Walcote Homes begins. We look for well-located opportunities in established communities across Hampshire and West Sussex - land with the potential for 2 to 9 homes that we can design and deliver to our standard.
We have an established track record of identifying sites with and without planning consent, and the in-house expertise to take either route. As a privately owned business, we can move with a flexibility and speed that larger developers cannot.
