A bespoke oak staircase, Pompeii Oak engineered timber flooring in a herringbone pattern, Georgian cornicing, and full CAT6 data wiring complete a specification that has been thought through from structure to socket.

Both homes carry a 10-year ICW structural warranty.

The location

Vernham Road sits within the Weeke district - consistently one of Winchester's most desirable residential addresses. Winchester city centre is under two miles away, with its independent shops, restaurants, weekly Farmers' Market, and the 11th-century Cathedral. Winchester station is 1.5 miles away, with direct services to London Waterloo in under an hour.

Peter Symonds College, The Westgate School, and Winchester College are all within easy reach, as is Junction 9 of the M3 for access to London, Southampton, and the South Coast. The South Downs National Park is accessible from the doorstep.
