Land to Sell?
We're always looking for new development opportunities and would welcome the chance to discuss your site.
We consider a wide range of opportunities - with or without planning consent, greenfield or brownfield. As a general guide, we're looking for sites of at least 0.5 acres with a minimum Gross Development Value of £4m but would consider smaller opportunities for the right site.
Although we source land ourselves, we work closely with agents to secure land, but we're just as happy to hear directly from landowners, or via introductions from third parties.
We take the time to understand what matters most to a landowner, and we tailor our proposal to suit. As director lead, we make the decision to buy land, with no further board-level approval required - which means we can move quickly and keep our terms flexible.

What we look for
We value our relationships with land agents and work with them on a regular basis. Send us details of any site that might suit, and we'll give you a quick, honest answer. If it's not right for us, we'll tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
